Web Freight rates based on the value of your purchase;
Freight Free for all orders over = $100.00
North Island under $100 = $10.00
South Island & Other Island’s under $100 = $12.00
These are flat rates, the amount charged will not be adjusted by parcel count.

New Zealand Couriers help us to achieve overnight delivery throughout most of New Zealand.
Dispatch times: 9.15am, 11:15am, 1:30pm, 2:45pm, 5:00pm.

* We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends

Standard Process for Dispatching:

All customers’ orders are invoiced at the point of dispatch unless you specifically request for this not to occur.
Packing slips are sent with the goods, and invoices will be automatically emailed unless set to be posted.

Dispatch timing icons:

Look out for our dispatch icons throughout the website as they indicate how quickly you can get each item.

Our stocks are monitored daily by our purchasing team, and we aim to pick and pack your order the same day we receive it.

Many of our products fit into are CORE stock lines; we dispatched these on the same day you order.

For non-stock product lines (we order in the same day you order) these typically dispatch within 2-5 days but do call us to confirm timeframes or let us know if the request is urgent.

CORE stock uniform and workwear with your logo branding added are consistently dispatched within a week with many of our customers receiving these in 48hrs.
